It is our aim to develop appropriate behaviour through Individualised Educational Programme, which encourages compliance through positive reward and therefore the need for exclusion should be minimized.

It is also our intent to work closely with parents so that prior difficulties of the day are communicated and the child is prepared for possible challenging behaviour.

We will endeavour to establish the cause of the challenging behaviour so that a solution may be found. A Behaviour plan will be drawn up upon admission with detailed strategies to support the behavioral function.
